Day 1 - Arrival at Cairo Airport & Check in the Hotel

A representative meets you at Cairo International Airport and transfers you to your hotel to check in and relax. In the evening you begin your holiday with a Dinner Cruise featuring traditional Egyptian shows and an open buffet, while your guide shares stories of the ancient Egyptian civilization, before returning to your hotel for the overnight.

Day 2 - Uncover the Legacy of the Pharaohs in Cairo

A landmark Giza day explores the cosmic Giza Pyramids Complex, the last intact ancient wonder The Great Pyramid of Khufu, and the wise The Great Sphinx of Khafre. You also visit the ceremonial The Valley Temple and the vast The Grand Egyptian Museum, then finish at the six-stepped Saqqara Step Pyramid of Djoser before returning to your hotel for the overnight.

Day 3 - Admire the Essence of Alexandria

A day trip to Alexandria begins at the seaside Qaitbay Citadel built where the ancient lighthouse once stood, then the modern Alexandria Library. After lunch you visit the towering Roman Pompey's Pillar and the underground Catacombs of Kom El Shoqafa before returning to Cairo for the overnight.

Day 4 - Enjoy Tapestry of Beauty and culture in Aswan

Flying to Aswan, you tour the Aswan High Dam that holds back the floodwaters in Lake Nasser, the granite The Unfinished Obelisk of Queen Hatshepsut, and the mythical Philae Temple near Agilkia Island honoring the goddess Isis. After lunch you check in to your Aswan hotel for the overnight.

Day 5 - Enjoy an Insightful Visit to Abu Simbel

An early start brings you to the magnificent Abu Simbel Temples of Ramses the Great, whose walls depict the Battle of Kadesh and whose annual sun festival honors Anum, Ptah, and Horus. After lunch in Aswan you return to your hotel for the overnight.

Day 6 - Explore The Zenith of Egypt's Treasury of Ancient Ruins

Taking a first-class train to Luxor, you explore the colossal Karnak Temple at the heart of Thebes with its hypostyle hall and avenue of sphinxes. In the evening you visit the southern sanctuary of Luxor Temple by Night, dedicated to the rejuvenation of kingship, before the overnight at your Luxor hotel.

Day 7 - Continue Your Historical Journey in Luxor

On the West Bank you descend into the Valley of the Kings with its 63 royal tombs, then admire the golden mortuary Hatshepsut Temple carved into the Deir El Bahari cliffs. You also see the two seated Colossi of Memnon of Amenhotep III before lunch and the overnight in Luxor.

Day 8 - Complete Your Holiday in Luxor

You continue in Luxor at the beautiful Valley of the Queens, home to 93 tombs including that of Queen Nefertari, then the mortuary Habu Temple of Ramses III with its scenes of the Sea Peoples' defeat. You also visit the workmen's village of Deir El-Medina before lunch and a transfer back to your hotel.

Day 9 - Witness the Grandeur of Dendera and Abydos

A special day explores the colorful Dendera Temple of Hathor, famed for its Zodiac and crypts, and the memorial Abydos Temple of Seti I, known for the Abydos King List of pharaohs. After lunch you return to your Luxor hotel for the overnight.

Day 10 - Immerse Yourself in the Stunning Old Cairo Attractions

Flying back to Cairo, you tour The Egyptian Museum of 1901, then Old Cairo's The Hanging Church, the first-in-Africa Amr Ibn Al Aas Mosque, and the ancient Ben Ezra Synagogue. You continue to The National Museum of Egyptian Civilization with its royal mummies, wander Al Muizz Street, and shop at Khan El Khalili Bazaar before the overnight.

Day 11 - End Your Egypt 11 Days Luxury Holiday

After a final breakfast in Cairo you check out and transfer to Cairo Airport, where a representative helps you prepare for departure. You then catch your flight home, ending your 11-day luxury experience.
