Day 1 - Nile Cruise Tour to Luxor East Bank
Picked up from Luxor, guests visit Karnak Temple, a vast complex symbolizing Amun, Mut, and Khonsu, then check in aboard the 5-star Movenpick Royal Lily for an open buffet lunch. In the evening they witness Luxor Temple illuminated at night. An atmospheric dinner and an overnight in Luxor follow.
Day 2 - Nile Cruise Tour to Luxor West Bank
After breakfast, guests continue in Luxor at the Queen Hatshepsut Temple, then the Valley of the Kings, where Howard Carter discovered Tutankhamun's tomb in 1922. They also visit the Colossi of Memnon before lunch and sailing to Edfu. Dinner and an overnight on board complete the day.
Day 3 - Nile Cruise Tour to Edfu & Kom Ombo
After breakfast, a horse carriage and private Egyptologist take guests to Edfu Temple, the worship center of Horus from the Ptolemaic era. The cruise sails on to Kom Ombo Temple, the twin sanctuary of Sobek and Horus. Lunch and dinner are included on board as the boat sails to Aswan for the overnight.
Day 4 - Nile Cruise Tour to Aswan Legacy
Aswan's supreme monuments fill the fourth day, beginning at the Aswan High Dam and continuing to the Philae Temple, the center of worship for the goddess Isis. Lunch and dinner are served aboard the Movenpick Royal Lily. The overnight is in Aswan.
Day 5 - Check out/Trip to Abu Simbel
After check-out, guests leave for Abu Simbel by private vehicle to witness the Abu Simbel temples, whose major temple honors Ramses the Great and whose smaller temple was built for Queen Nefertari. They return to Aswan for lunch at a deluxe restaurant before being dropped at their hotel.
