Day 1 - Arrival and Giza Sound and Light Show
Meet the representative and private guide at Cairo Airport, then transfer to the hotel for check-in and time to rest. In the evening, return to the Giza Plateau for the sound and light presentation, which introduces the monuments through narration, projection and music. Have dinner and return to the hotel.
Day 2 - Giza Pyramids, Camel Ride and Grand Egyptian Museum
Tour the Giza Plateau, seeing the pyramids of Khafre and Menkaure along with the Great Sphinx and valley temple. Take the scheduled camel ride around the plateau in the designated area, then continue to the Grand Egyptian Museum for a guided selection from its collections. Return to the Cairo hotel after lunch and the tour.
Day 3 - Alexandria Citadel, Catacombs and Library
Travel north to Alexandria and begin at the waterfront Qaitbay Citadel. Continue to Pompey's Pillar and descend into the Catacombs of Kom El Shoqafa, where the burial chambers combine Egyptian and Roman forms. After lunch, visit the modern Bibliotheca Alexandrina and return to Cairo for the night.
Day 4 - Departure from Cairo
Check out after breakfast and travel by private vehicle to Cairo International Airport. The representative assists with the departure formalities before your return flight.
