Day 1 - Arrival in Cairo and Pyramids Sound and Light Show
Meet the airport representative and transfer to the Cairo hotel. In the evening, attend the sound and light show at Giza, then have dinner and return to the hotel.
Day 2 - Giza Pyramids, Grand Egyptian Museum and Saqqara
Visit the Great Pyramid, Great Sphinx and Valley Temple, then tour the Grand Egyptian Museum. After lunch, continue south to Saqqara and explore the Step Pyramid complex of Djoser. Return to Cairo for the night.
Day 3 - Flight to Aswan, City Highlights and Cruise Embarkation
Fly to Aswan and visit the High Dam and Unfinished Obelisk. Continue by boat to Philae Temple, then board the Nile cruise for lunch, dinner and the first night afloat.
Day 4 - Kom Ombo Temple
Go ashore at Kom Ombo and explore the unusual double temple overlooking the river. Rejoin the vessel for lunch and a relaxed afternoon of sailing, with dinner and the overnight aboard.
Day 5 - Edfu Temple and Sailing to Luxor
Travel from the river landing to Edfu Temple and follow its ceremonial route from the pylon to the sanctuary. Return to the cruise and continue sailing toward Luxor for the final night aboard.
Day 6 - Luxor West Bank and Karnak Temple
Disembark and enter selected tombs in the Valley of the Kings, then visit Hatshepsut Temple and the Colossi of Memnon. After lunch, explore Karnak Temple and check in at the Luxor hotel.
Day 7 - Transfer from Luxor to Hurghada
Leave Luxor by private vehicle and cross the Eastern Desert to Hurghada. Check in at the Red Sea hotel, have lunch and keep the remainder of the day free.
Day 8 - Group Snorkeling in the Red Sea
Meet a snorkeling instructor and board a boat for a guided trip to selected reef areas. Spend time in the water among coral and fish, then return to the Hurghada hotel for the evening.
Day 9 - Flight to Cairo and Cultural City Tour
Fly to Cairo and visit the Egyptian Museum, Hanging Church, Amr Ibn Al Aas Mosque and Ben Ezra Synagogue. Continue to the National Museum of Egyptian Civilization, then walk along Al Muizz Street and finish in Khan El Khalili. Transfer to the hotel.
Day 10 - Departure from Cairo
Have breakfast and check out. Transfer to Cairo Airport and receive assistance with departure before the group's onward flight.
