Day 1 - Arrival in Cairo and Giza Sound and Light Show

Meet the representative on arrival at Cairo International Airport and transfer to the hotel. Later, attend the scheduled Sound and Light Show beside the Giza pyramids, have dinner in Cairo and return to the hotel.

Day 2 - Giza, Grand Egyptian Museum, Saqqara and Dahshur

Tour the Great Pyramid, Great Sphinx and Valley Temple at Giza. Continue to the reserved galleries of the Grand Egyptian Museum, then have lunch before visiting Djoser's Step Pyramid at Saqqara and the selected pyramids at Dahshur.

Day 3 - Fly to Luxor, Dendera and Abydos

Fly from Cairo to Luxor and meet the Egyptologist for the road journey north. Explore the Temple of Hathor at Dendera, including its decorated halls and crypt areas open with the ticket. After lunch, continue to the Temple of Seti I at Abydos and return to Luxor for hotel check-in.

Day 4 - Luxor Temple, Karnak and Cruise Embarkation

Visit Luxor Temple in the morning and trace the additions made by successive rulers. After lunch, explore Karnak's pylons, courts and Hypostyle Hall, then transfer to the Nile cruise, complete embarkation and settle into the cabin.

Day 5 - Luxor West Bank and Sail South

Cross to the west bank for Hatshepsut's terraced memorial temple, the Valley of the Queens and selected tombs in the Valley of the Kings. Return to the vessel afterward and begin sailing south according to the cruise schedule.

Day 6 - Edfu and Kom Ombo Temples

Go ashore for the Temple of Horus at Edfu and explore its gateway, courts and sanctuary. Rejoin the ship and continue to Kom Ombo, where the paired temple sections honor Sobek and Haroeris, before returning aboard for the evening.

Day 7 - Abu Simbel Temples

Collect the breakfast box and leave Aswan early for the road to Abu Simbel. Tour the monumental temple of Ramesses II and the neighboring sanctuary dedicated to Queen Nefertari, then return to the cruise in Aswan.

Day 8 - Aswan Sightseeing and Flight to Cairo

Disembark and cross by boat to Philae Temple on Agilkia Island. Continue to the ancient quarry containing the unfinished obelisk, have lunch and visit the High Dam. Transfer to Aswan Airport for the flight to Cairo and check in at the hotel.

Day 9 - Museums and Historic Cairo

Open with the royal mummy galleries at the National Museum of Egyptian Civilization, then visit the Hanging Church. Walk through Al-Muizz Street and Khan El Khalili, then have lunch before touring the Sultan Hassan Mosque-Madrasa and Al-Rifa'i Mosque. The final visits are the distinctive Baron Empain Palace in Heliopolis and Roda Island's Ottoman-era Nilometer.

Day 10 - Wadi Al-Hitan Desert Safari

Travel toward Fayoum and transfer to a 4x4 for the desert route into Wadi Al-Hitan. Visit the fossil displays and marked landscape sites with the local guide, then follow the confirmed program for sandboarding and a camel ride before a barbecue lunch. Return to Cairo in the evening.

Day 11 - Departure from Cairo

Check out after breakfast and transfer to Cairo International Airport. The representative provides assistance before the flight home.
