Day 1 - Travel to Aswan and Guided Sightseeing
Meet the driver at your El Gouna hotel and travel to Luxor station for the train to Aswan. On arrival, meet your guide and begin at the Aswan High Dam. Continue to the ancient granite quarry to see the Unfinished Obelisk, then take the boat to Agilkia Island for a guided visit to Philae Temple. Stop for lunch and check in at your Aswan hotel for the night.
Day 2 - Abu Simbel Temples and Return to El Gouna
Leave Aswan early after breakfast and drive south to Abu Simbel. Visit the Great Temple of Ramses II and the neighboring temple of Queen Nefertari, with time to study their facades, pillared halls and carved scenes. Return to Aswan for lunch, then take the train to Luxor and continue by road to your El Gouna hotel.
