Day 1 - Aswan High Dam, Unfinished Obelisk and Philae
Meet the driver at your Makadi Bay hotel and travel to Luxor station for the first-class train to Aswan. Your guide meets you on arrival and begins the tour at the High Dam. Continue to the granite quarry containing the Unfinished Obelisk, then take a motorboat to Agilkia Island for a guided visit to Philae Temple. Stop for lunch and check in at the Aswan hotel for the night.
Day 2 - Abu Simbel Temples and Return to Makadi Bay
Collect a breakfast box, check out and leave Aswan early for Abu Simbel. Visit the Great Temple of Ramses II and the neighboring temple dedicated to Queen Nefertari and Hathor, with time inside their carved halls and sanctuary areas.
