Day 1 - Cairo Pyramids and Flight to Aswan
Transfer from El Gouna to Hurghada Airport and fly to Cairo. Meet your guide and visit the Giza Plateau, including the Great Pyramid, the Sphinx and the Valley Temple, then continue to the Grand Egyptian Museum. After lunch overlooking the Giza area, return to the airport for the flight to Aswan and transfer to your hotel for the night.
Day 2 - Abu Simbel Temples and Train to Luxor
Leave Aswan early for the drive to Abu Simbel. Tour the Great Temple of Ramses II and the smaller temple dedicated to Queen Nefertari and Hathor, with time to examine their colossal facades and interior reliefs. Return to Aswan for lunch, then board the first-class train to Luxor. A driver meets you at the station and takes you to the hotel.
Day 3 - Luxor West Bank and Karnak Temple
Begin on Luxor's West Bank with selected tombs in the Valley of the Kings. Continue to Hatshepsut Temple at Deir el-Bahari and stop at the Colossi of Memnon. After lunch, cross to the East Bank for a guided visit to Karnak Temple, then start the private road journey back to your El Gouna hotel.
