Day 1 - Arrival in Cairo
Meet the representative on arrival at Cairo International Airport and receive assistance through the airport formalities. Continue by private air-conditioned vehicle to your Cairo hotel, check in and keep the remainder of the day free to recover from the journey.
Day 2 - Giza Plateau and Grand Egyptian Museum
Travel to the Giza Plateau after breakfast and explore the pyramid complex with your guide. See the Great Pyramid of Khufu, the Great Sphinx and the Valley Temple, learning how these monuments formed part of an integrated royal funerary landscape. Continue to the Grand Egyptian Museum for its monumental displays and extensive ancient collections, then return to the hotel after lunch.
Day 3 - Alexandria Catacombs, Citadel and Library
Drive north to Alexandria for a day beside the Mediterranean. Descend into the Catacombs of Kom El Shoqafa, where Egyptian and Greco-Roman imagery meet, then visit Pompey's Pillar. Continue to Qaitbay Citadel at the eastern harbor and pause for a seafood lunch. The final visit is the Bibliotheca Alexandrina before the return drive to Cairo.
Day 4 - Cairo Departure
