Day 1 - Arrival in Cairo and Nile Dinner Cruise

Meet the airport representative on arrival in Cairo and transfer privately to your hotel. In the evening, board a dinner cruise on the Nile for an open-buffet meal and live entertainment, then return to the hotel for the night.

Day 2 - Giza Pyramids and Flight to Luxor

Explore the Giza Plateau, including the pyramids of Khufu, Khafre and Menkaure, the Great Sphinx and the Valley Temple. After lunch, tour the Grand Egyptian Museum and then transfer to Cairo Airport for the flight to Luxor. Check in at your Luxor hotel on arrival.

Day 3 - Karnak, Cruise Embarkation and Luxor Temple

Begin at Karnak Temple and walk through its monumental courts and hypostyle hall. Board the Nile cruise in time for lunch and settle into your cabin. After dark, go ashore to visit illuminated Luxor Temple before returning for dinner aboard.

Day 4 - Valley of the Kings and Luxor West Bank

Cross to the West Bank and enter selected tombs in the Valley of the Kings. Continue to Hatshepsut Temple and stop beside the Colossi of Memnon. Return to the vessel for lunch and the onward sailing, with dinner and the overnight aboard.

Day 5 - Edfu and Kom Ombo Temples

Travel from the river landing to Edfu Temple and explore the well-preserved sanctuary of Horus. Rejoin the cruise and sail to Kom Ombo, where the unusual double temple stands above the Nile. Continue toward Aswan after the visit.

Day 6 - Abu Simbel Temples

Leave Aswan early for the desert journey to Abu Simbel. Tour the two rock-cut temples of Ramses II and Queen Nefertari, studying the colossal facade and interior chambers. Return to Aswan and spend the final cruise night aboard.

Day 7 - Aswan Highlights and Flight to Cairo

Disembark and visit the High Dam, followed by the ancient granite quarry containing the Unfinished Obelisk. Continue by boat to Philae Temple on Agilkia Island. After the tour, fly from Aswan to Cairo and transfer to your hotel.

Day 8 - Departure from Cairo

Have breakfast at the hotel and check out. Transfer to Cairo Airport, where assistance is provided with the departure formalities before your onward flight.
