Day 1 - Welcome to the Land of Pharaohs
You are met at Cairo airport and transferred to your 5-star hotel to check in. At night you enjoy a Dinner Cruise on the Nile with a colorful belly dancing show and a folklore band featuring the whirling Tannoura spin, before returning to your hotel for the overnight.
Day 2 - Feel the Awe of the Colossal Icons of the Pharaohs
A Cairo day explores the illuminating Giza Pyramids Complex, the last-standing ancient wonder The Great Pyramid of Khufu, and the symbolic The Great Sphinx of Khafre. You also visit the ceremonial The Valley Temple and the immense The Grand Egyptian Museum before flying to Aswan for the overnight.
Day 3 - Discover The Wealth of The Nubian City Aswan
In Nubian Aswan you visit the modern marvel of the Aswan High Dam and Lake Nasser, then the granite The Unfinished Obelisk of Queen Hatshepsut. After lunch you tour the island Philae Temple of the goddess Isis, where the Myth of Osiris is inscribed on its walls, before the overnight at your Aswan hotel.
Day 4 - Uncover the Legacy of Abu Simbel Temples
An early drive some 300 km southwest brings you to the glorious Abu Simbel Temples of Ramses II, whose inner walls depict the Battle of Kadesh and honor Queen Nefertari. After lunch in Aswan you board a train to Luxor for the overnight.
Day 5 - Witness the Majestic Architecture of the Pharaohs
On Luxor's East Bank you tour the heavenly Karnak Temple, the spiritual capital of Thebes with its hypostyle hall and avenue of sphinxes dedicated to the Theban triad. After lunch and a rest, you return in the evening to see the royal Luxor Temple by Night, the southern sanctuary where kings were crowned, before the overnight.
Day 6 - Complete Your Trip In Luxor
You complete Luxor at the immortal Hatshepsut Temple carved into the Deir El Bahari cliffs, then descend into the Valley of the Kings with its 63 royal tombs. After lunch you visit the two seated Colossi of Memnon of Amenhotep III before returning to your Luxor hotel for the overnight.
Day 7 - Witness the Iconic Old Cairo Attractions
Flying back to Cairo, you tour the mighty Salah El Din Citadel and the Ottoman Mohamed Ali Mosque, then the ancient The Hanging Church where the holy family is said to have sheltered. You continue along the open-air museum of Al Muizz Street and shop at the Mamluk-era Khan El Khalili Bazaar before the overnight in Cairo.
Day 8 - Discover the Historical Gems of Alexandria
A day trip to Alexandria takes in the underground Catacombs of Kom El Shoqafa and the towering Roman Pompey's Pillar, then after lunch the seaside Qaitbay Citadel built on the site of the ancient lighthouse. You finish at the modern Alexandria Library before returning to your Cairo hotel for the overnight.
Day 9 - End Your Luxury Trip in Egypt
On your final day you enjoy a last breakfast before heading to Cairo airport to return home with fond memories, ending your vacation.
