Day 1 - Check-in the Cruise & Explore Luxor Attractions
After pickup in Luxor and boarding the Dahabiya, the day tours Luxor's highlights: the Valley of the Kings, royal necropolis of the New Kingdom; the terraced Hatshepsut Temple at Deir el-Bahari; and the towering Colossi of Memnon of Amenhotep III. Following lunch on board you visit the vast Karnak Temple, before sailing to Esna for dinner and the overnight.
Day 2 - Visit Edfu Temple & Sail to Kom Ombo
Breakfast is enjoyed while sailing to Edfu to visit the Edfu Temple, the best-preserved temple in Upper Egypt, dedicated to the falcon god Horus. The cruise then passes Gebel El Silsila, the ancient sandstone quarry that supplied Egypt's great monuments, with lunch and dinner on board and the overnight en route to Kom Ombo.
Day 3 - Explore Kom Ombo Temple & Sail to Aswan
After breakfast you explore the Kom Ombo Temple, the unique 'hill of gold' honoring the crocodile god Sobek and the falcon god Haroeris in its twin-sanctuary design. The rest of the day is spent sailing to Aswan with lunch and dinner served on board the Dahabiya.
Day 4 - Explore Aswan Attractions
Aswan's landmarks fill the day, beginning with The High Dam, the engineering marvel of the 1960s, followed by The Unfinished Obelisk of Queen Hatshepsut lying in its bedrock quarry, and the island sanctuary of Philae Temple dedicated to the goddess Isis. All meals are on board and the night is spent on the cruise.
Day 5 - End your Dahabiya Nile Cruise Luxor to Aswan
After a final breakfast you disembark and are transferred anywhere in Aswan for departure, ending the Dahabiya Nile cruise.
