Day 1 - Arrival in Cairo and Pyramids Sound and Light Show
Meet the airport representative and transfer to your Cairo hotel. In the evening, attend the sound and light show at Giza, then have dinner and return to the hotel.
Day 2 - Giza Pyramids, Museum and Flight to Aswan
Visit the Great Pyramid, Great Sphinx and Valley Temple, then take a guided camel ride across the plateau. After lunch, tour the Grand Egyptian Museum and fly to Aswan. Transfer directly to the Nile cruise and settle in for the night.
Day 3 - Aswan High Dam, Nubian Village and Philae
Visit the High Dam, then travel by boat to a Nubian village and learn about its colorful homes and crafts. Continue to Philae Temple and explore the island sanctuary before returning to the cruise for the onward sailing.
Day 4 - Kom Ombo and Edfu Temples
Go ashore at Kom Ombo and explore its paired sanctuaries overlooking the Nile. Later, visit Edfu Temple and follow its ceremonial route through the courts and inner rooms. Rejoin the vessel and continue toward Luxor.
Day 5 - Luxor West Bank, Karnak and Flight to Cairo
Enter selected tombs in the Valley of the Kings, then visit Hatshepsut Temple and the Colossi of Memnon. After lunch, explore Karnak Temple and meet local students during a school visit, subject to its schedule. Fly to Cairo and transfer to your hotel.
Day 6 - Departure from Cairo
Have breakfast and check out. Transfer to Cairo Airport and receive assistance with departure before the family's onward flight.
